Barbara Pomilio has directed over $120M in multifamily developments in Miami, FL as Director of Development, leading teams of architects, engineers, and consultants from acquisition through construction. Prior to that, she managed the delivery of retail flagships and nationwide store rollouts for Burberry, Nike, and the first Harry Potter flagship in NYC, executing complex projects across multiple states. Her career spans Buenos Aires, Berlin, and New York. She is completing her Executive MBA at Kellogg, Northwestern University.
Carlos Justiniano is an NCARB-registered architect with 12 years of experience running large-scale, complex projects from design through construction. His work includes Terminal 6 at JFK, a 1.2M square foot international terminal; and the redevelopment masterplan for Newark Liberty Airport. His South Florida portfolio spans civic centers, judicial complexes, police headquarters, airports, hospitality, and public parks.
